Tried to rent at The Hard Rock. Horrible experience. They told me they had one Wheelchair left, but due to the... company's policy we were not allowed to use it. Not sure the Logic behind it but, my elderly mother ended up without a Wheelchair in the 167,000 Sq Ft Casino. We had to constantly wait for Security for transport from Restaurant, to Casino to Parking Garage. Thank God for the Security officers who went above and beyond. The Hard Rock Management did not accommodate in any way. They basically said that their hands were tied and blamed Mobility on Wheels. They basically gave us a business card for the company and left us to fend for ourselves. Their phone lines go to a Voice mail and no one returned our calls for help. Every other hotel was accommodating in every way they could be. Hard Rock not at all. All they tried to was sell us on Renting a Motorized scooter for $50.00 for the day. My mom would not be able to use this due to her poor eyesight. Terrible experience with no help from the Casino Management.read more

I am 73 years old have been in a wheelchair for five years because of an accident I am an original baby boomer and... I’m sure by now most baby boomers suffer from so much arthritis and other ailments and could use a terrific scooter to get around. WELL LOOK NO FURTHER THAN MOBILITY ON WHEELS. Whenever I would go to a casino I would have to rent a scooter to get around and that scooter came from MOBILITY ON WHEELS. I needed a new scooter and in the past month I ordered from three different companies and had to send each one back because of various problems . it never dawned on me to call Mobility On Wheels to see if they sold Scooter‘s it was the best phone call I ever made. They didn’t care how long you stayed on the phone with them they answered every question you had to your satisfaction and believe it or not I had the scooter delivered to me the next day it is beautiful I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning when I opened my door and saw it. It has so many features it is the Revo 2.0 but you can browse through their site to see what is best for you. I have had scooters for at least 20 years and they were always 4 wheel so I was a little hesitant to get a three wheel but I did and let me tell you their scooters are so well built and such a smooth ride the three wheel turned out to be the best. It turns so much easier the scooter is filled with features and comes apart into five pieces so you can put it right in the trunk of a car as I said before the place to go is MOBILITY ON WHEELS. So don’t waste your time with all the companies that are online make your first phone call to MOBILITY ON WHEELS You won’t regret itread more

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME !!!!!! I WANT TO GIVE IT AT LEAST 10 STARS AND THAT WOULD BE TOO LITTLE. I AM VIVISTING FOR THE... WEEKEND FROM OUT OF STATE AND ON THE FIRST DAY HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY PERSONAL SCOOTER. I CALLED THEM AT 8AM WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED THE STORE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME RIGHT IN FOR SERVICE AND RENTED ME ONE OF THEIR SCOOTERS SO I DIDNT HAVE TO BE WITHOUT ONE. THEY CALLED ME WITHIN FOUR HOURS TO LET ME KNOW THE SCOOTER WAS FIXED, DETAILED AND READY TO GO AND IF I RETURNED THE RENTAL THE SAME DAY, THEY WOULD REFUND THE RENTAL FEE. I reserved a mobility scooter during my trip to Atlantic City to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary. The first... scooter they bought me died after only being on the boardwalk for about 20 mins. I reached out to the main office, and Jen had the delivery guy immediately bring me a replacement scooter. The only downside I had with the company was that my scooter was delivered to my resort 2 hours after the requested drop off time. When I visit Atlantic City again, I will definitely be using Mobility On Wheels again.read more

Great experience! I was in need of a battery for my mothers scooter. I only have off on Sundays which makes things... difficult. I drove an hour to pick up the batteries only to find out that the terminals on our battery where different than the batteries they sold. No problem though they swapped the terminals and had me going on no time! Had a nice afternoon with the family on the boardwalk and got the battery situated for spring. Rented 2 scooters 4 broke down, we spent more time exchanging the scooters than riding them. I tried to rectify the... situation online without calling and the website was not working on my mobile device. I ended up calling and the lady who I spoke to on thought it was necessary to argue me down that the website was working instead of actually helping me with my issue. Thank God I didn’t actually have a mobility issue and we only rented the scooters for convenience because we would have be stranded numerous times. Never again.read more

Great experience! My daughter found a card with calling information. When we called, the associate was very friendly... and explained the whole process. THEY EVEN delivered the the mobile device to the hotel we were staying, explaining they would pick it up at the same hotel when we were finished with it. And it was less than $43.00 per day. WOW!!! They delivered, explained how to operate, explained how to charge the battery, if needed, and provided the receipt. My wife was skeptical at first, but after riding it a few minutes, she loved it. She was so HAPPY that we made the decision to get it, and not allow her to talk us out of it. We will be renting a mobile device more often. I know that!!! THANK YOU!!!read more
