How to Deactivate Account?
In order to “deactivate” your MOBILITY ON WHEELS account, please email Customer Service at info@mobilityonwheels.com. An account cannot be deactivated until active or pending orders are completed or canceled. Once this requirement is satisfied, a deactivation request is typically completed within 24 hours of email notification. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your request has been completed.
How to Delete Account?
I. Delete an Account with a Transaction(s):
In order to “delete” your MOBILITY ON WHEELS account with a transaction(s), please email Customer Service at info@mobilityonwheels.com. An account for which a transaction(s) occurred cannot be deleted until the expiration of statute NJ 2A:14-2 which states “an injury to the person caused by the wrongful act, neglect or default of any person within this State shall be commenced within two years next after the cause of any such action shall have.” Once this requirement is satisfied, a deletion request is typically completed within 1-3 business days of email notification. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your request has been completed.
II. Delete an Account without a Transaction(s):
In order to “delete” your MOBILITY ON WHEELS account without a transaction(s), please email Customer Service at info@mobilityonwheels.com. An account without a transaction(s) is typically deleted within 24 hours of email notification. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your request has been completed.
