Emerging Viral Pathogen – 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)
MadaCide-FD (EPA Reg # 1130-15) has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to SARS-CoV-2 (the technical name for the novel 2019 Coronavirus) on hard, nonporous surfaces. Therefore, MadaCide-FD can be used against SARS-CoV-2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Rhinovirus [Type 14] on hard, non-porous surfaces. MadaCide-FD is a hospital-level Disinfectant/Cleaner/Deodorizer that is designed specifically for the infection control needs of healthcare. Efficacy tests have demonstrated that this product is an effective bactericide, virucide, germicide, and fungicide.
It is formulated to disinfect hard, non-porous, inanimate, environmental surfaces, including chrome, glass, painted surfaces, plastics and stainless steel. It is ideal for use with most medical surfaces such as operating rooms, respiratory therapy equipment and medical instruments. Unique anti-corrosion formulation will not damage lenses, cement, plastics, rubber, steel, aluminum, brass or other metal when used as directed.
Kills Influenza A, HIV, Hepatitis B & C, TB, MRSA, VRE, and SARS.

MOBILITY ON WHEELS Return Policy
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the product ordered, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call Mobility On Wheels Customer Service.
Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- Disinfectants and sanitizers are only eligible for return within 30 days of purchase and must be sealed/unused.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
Return Process:
- Request an RA (Return Authorization) from Mobility On Wheels within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
- Once the RA has been issued from Mobility On Wheels, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
- Once the product is received, it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, Mobility On Wheels is not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable, we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
