Help Logging into MyMobility App
Existing Customer:
To log in, enter the cell phone number associated with your account. You will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via text message to the cell phone number entered. You will be prompted to enter the one-time passcode (OTP) on the following page. This will log you into your account.
Existing Customer, but Forgot Associated Cell Phone Number:
If you have an account, but forgot the cell phone number associated with your account, simply click on the “Retrieve cell phone number” link. After clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. If the email address you entered is associated with your account, a pop-up window will appear displaying the last 4 digits of the associated cell phone number. You will also receive this notification via email. If you are unable to remember the cell phone number and email address associated with your account, please contact customer service for assistance by calling (855)484-4454 from 8AM-5PM EST 7 days a week.
New Customer:
If you are a new customer that has never rented with MOBILITY ON WHEELS, please click the “Create Account” link at the bottom of the main log-in page to complete your new user registration. You will be prompted to scan your valid identification and enter all required fields denoted with a red asterisk. Once completed, you will be able to log in and complete your reservation(s).
