We are excited to introduce the next generation of the popular LiteRider Envy for 2018. Re-designed for performance, the 2018 Golden LiteRider Envy is rated to travel a generous 15.5 miles per charge. The LiteRider Envy’s compact size and small footprint is convenient and easy to handle, making it a great choice for maneuvering anywhere space is tight.
The LiteRider Envy is the only power chair of this quality available for such a low price! None of it’s competitors have the same weight capacity and a 15.5 mile per charge battery range. The Envy quickly disassembles into four easy to manage pieces – the heaviest piece only weighs 37 lbs.! The fact that it disassembles means you don’t have to spend more money on a vehicle lift.
A larger foot platform makes seating more comfortable, especially for taller riders. We love the handy basket under the seat for small bags and personal belongings, and the easy to remove battery pack complete with 22 AH batteries for long life and carefree driving.
This chair will need some simple assembly upon arrival. You will need to connect the batteries, mount the joystick controller, place the seat on the seat post and install the armrests. Few basic tools are necessary for assembling the LiteRider Envy. Although the LiteRider Envy is easy to assemble and disassemble, it will arrive in a single heavy box.
For users who require extra assistance in unpacking and setting up their Envy, a White Glove Delivery Service is available for an extra fee, see details at right. With this option, your Envy is brought into your home by appointment, set up, and all packaging material is removed. Please note: White Glove Delivery agents are not permitted to provide patient training on equipment. Though our White Glove Delivery option includes the set-up of your power chair, comfort adjustments -like foot rest height- will need to be done by the caregiver or user.

GOLDEN TECHNOLOGIES CONSUMER LIMITED WARRANTY | POWER WHEELCHAIRS
Golden Technologies has provided information throughout the owner’s manual in regards to proper usage and care of your power wheelchair. Failure to adhere to this information will void the warranty of the power wheelchair, it’s parts and the batteries supplied by Golden Technologies.
The following warranty is granted only to the INITIAL Consumer who has purchased our product and commences on the Date of Purchase by the Consumer from an Authorized Golden Technologies’ Provider.
The warranty covers the following power wheelchair models unless otherwise noted:
LiteRider Envy GP162, Alante Sport’ GP205, Alante’ GP207, Compass Sport GP605, Compass
FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
For the period of five years from the date of purchase, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Golden Technologies will repair or replace at our option any of the following structural frame components found to be defective by an authorized Golden Technologies representative:
*The GP605 is warranted for LIMITED LIFETIME
THIRTEEN MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Note: While charging batteries, it is normal for the battery charger to heat up. Heat coming from the battery charger DOES NOT constitute a defect.
For the period of thirteen months from the date of purchase, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Golden Technologies will repair or replace at our option any of the following parts found to be defective by an authorized Golden Technologies representative:

Rubber Components (excludes tires and all wear parts)

TWELVE MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
For the period of twelve months from the date of purchase, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Golden Technologies will replace the batteries supplied by Golden Technologies if found to be defective by an authorized Golden Technologies representative.
Items not mentioned or listed are covered at the discretion of Golden Technologies. Any accessories, standard or optional, supplied by Golden Technologies, are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase with the particular unit.
Golden Technologies does not provide warranty on any of the following items which may require replacement due to the normal wear and tear of day to day usage:
Tires and Tubes
ABS Plastic Shrouds
This warranty also excludes the following:
Loss or theft of components
Damage caused by:
Battery fluid spillage or leakage.
Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.
Improper operation, maintenance or storage.
Commercial use or use other than normal.
Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without the specific consent of Golden Technologies.
Exceeding the specified weight capacity of the unit.
Accessories other than those supplied or approved by Golden Technologies.
Failure to adhere to the product instructions.
Acts of Nature, such as lightning strikes, earthquakes, etc….
Circumstances beyond the control of Golden Technologies.
ANY PARTS ALTERED OR REPAIRED BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSON.
Warranty Service must be performed by an authorized Golden Technologies representative. Golden Technologies reserves the right to replace warranted part(s) with refurbished or new part(s) at our discretion. All labor charges, service calls, transportation costs or any other charge(s) associated with the installation of any warranted part(s) are the responsibility of the consumer. Warranty is for the replacement of the parts only and does not include freight for the replacement parts. Consumers are not to return any item(s) to Golden Technologies without prior written authorization.
Any damages incurred while warranted part(s) are in transport are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
There is no other express warranty.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. Liabilities for consequential damages are excluded.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
MOBILITY ON WHEELS Return Policy
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the product ordered, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call Mobility On Wheels Customer Service.
Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
- This item has a 10% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- The item must be in NEW CONDITION, UNUSED. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, dirt, scratches, dirty tires, wear to seats and armrests, or damage to charging ports. We know it is tempting to take your new scooter outside immediately, and once you do, it is not returnable.
- All accessories and chargers included in the scooter box must be returned. Example: Chargers, key fobs, baskets, additional shrouds. Accessories not included in scooter box, those purchased separately, do not have to be returned as part of a scooter return.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
- Request an RA (Return Authorization) from Mobility On Wheels within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
- Once the RA has been issued from Mobility On Wheels, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 14 days.
- Once the product is received, it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, Mobility On Wheels is not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable, we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
